As a professor of educational administration, I highly recommend this book to be used in instructing potential school leaders to the benefits of instructional coaching to build the capacities of school faculties in the context of school change. While Morel and Cushman provide extensive practical strategies to build an instructional coaching program, they state explicitly that instructional coaches are, by design, agents of school change.
